International Ministry
The International ministry at the OU Wesley helps students find a place to call home every day on the OU Campus. We provide radical hospitality to the International community at OU by helping those who are literally and spiritually lost so that they might find a home at OU, but more importantly a savior in Jesus Christ.
Rev. Fuxia Wang leads English classes so the students can improve their language skills. She teaches weekly Bible study, leads worship, works with students and their families in community orientation; and above all she shares the Good News with everyone in order to make disciples of Jesus Christ.
In addition, international students gather on Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. to learn about American culture, idioms and other topics. Emphasis is placed on improving English language skills and learning about life in America. On Thursday evenings, International students meet at 6:00 p.m. to eat together, sing songs of praise, pray and study the Word of God. We play games (ping pong & pool) after Bible study.
For more information about how to get involved, email Fuxia at Fuxia@okwesley.org.
