Rev. Elizabeth Horton-Ware

Executive Director/Campus Pastor

Rev. Elizabeth Horton-Ware began as the Executive Director/Campus Pastor at the OU Wesley in June of 2022. Elizabeth has a deep sense of calling to serve in campus ministry and mentor and lead with college students. She comes to the OU Wesley with over a decade of campus ministry experience, including six years as Director of Religious Life at Oklahoma City University, where she oversaw The Wesley Center, United Methodist Campus Ministry. Before that, she served as Director of The Wesley Foundation at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, was in youth ministry, and served as an associate pastor in a local church. 

 Elizabeth is married to Eric Ware, a high school math teacher at Casady School in Oklahoma City. Eric is a 2003 graduate of The University of Oklahoma, where he studied Meteorology. (He also marched in the OU band!). Eric went on to earn a degree in Atmospheric Science from Cornell University. They have one daughter, Sadie Jane, a fourth-grader at Casady. A rescue dog named Mollie Bee (Mollie Bee Ware---please enjoy that joke) completes their family. 

 Elizabeth is a preacher’s kid and grew up in parsonages across Oklahoma, graduating high school from Miami. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Oklahoma City University in 2004. She went on to earn her Master of Divinity from Candler School of Theology at Emory University in 2007. Rev. Horton-Ware is an elder in The United Methodist Church ordained in 2011.


Rev. Fuxia Wang

Director of International Ministries

Fuxia grew up in mainland China as an atheist. She turned out to be an ABC (American Born Christian) while studying education at University of Central Oklahoma. She obtained a Master of Education with an emphasis in Teaching English as a Second Language from UCO and a Master of Divinity from International Theological Seminary in Los Angeles, California. She had served at the UCO Wesley and Edmond Chinese International UMC for 5 years before being appointed to serve at the OU Wesley in 2007. At the same time, God was leading her to serve as a Global Ministries missionary after being ordained as a full elder in the Oklahoma Annual Conference in 2010. She loves music and enjoys helping people apply everlasting truths of Scripture to their everyday lives. 


Gloria Ajinomisanghan

Associate Director of International Ministries, Service and outreach

Gloria was born and raised in Warri, Nigeria and comes from a family of nine. She came to OU in 2013 for a master’s degree and quickly became a part of the Wesley family. At that time, Gloria became more aware of her calling to ministry and reaching out to people. She graduated with her Masters of Law from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. Gloria is currently pursuing her Masters of Divinity degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. She loves to spend time in group prayer, worship and communion. She is a great fan of movies, music, soccer, singing and dancing.


Blake Whisenhunt

Associate Director of Communications, Invest and Transform

Blake was raised in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma as the third of four children and was very active in his home church of Fort Gibson FUMC. He came to OU in 2009 where he was an active student in Wesley leadership. After OU, Blake worked as a youth director at Grace OKC UMC and as Director of Camps for CJAMM. In 2017 Blake also began teaching ballroom dance at Dance Makers in Edmond where he met his wife Kinsey. The two live together in OKC with two dogs and two cats. Blake’s favorite thing about the Wesley is the relationship that are not only made, but that grow and evolve at such as pivotal moment in the lives of students.


Samantha Stoll

Administrative Assistant

Samantha Stoll was born in Livingston, New Jersey. With nine years of church leadership experience, she is relocating from Tennessee, where she served as Youth and Children's Director at Loretto Methodist Church while completing her MA in Youth Ministry at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. She is a dog lover, and has a dog named Artemis.

Audra Fogle

Director of Philanthropy

Audra Fogle brings over 25 years of dedicated experience in youth ministry and leadership to her role at the Wesley community. Growing up in the First United Methodist Church of Henryetta, Oklahoma, Audra’s faith journey began early and has deeply influenced her professional path. As a Bishop Scholar at Oklahoma City University, she graduated with a degree in Christian Education and was actively involved in Campus Ministry, shaping her approach to nurturing faith among young people.

Her commitment to the Oklahoma United Methodist Camps is extensive; Audra has participated as a camper, leader, and dean, and she continues to serve on the Oklahoma United Methodist Camp Board. Her passion for these camps reflects her broader dedication to empowering youth within the church.

Married to Mike Fogle, a devoted OU football fan whom she met at camp, Audra balances her professional life with a vibrant family life. Together, they have two children and two grandchildren. Their home is lively with their needy boxer, Ella, and her best friend, a beloved 20 lb. rescue cat named Phil. Audra’s rich background in ministry and her deep-rooted connection to the United Methodist community continue to drive her impactful work with youth and faith development.
